Rise and Shine
It was a tremendous blessing and gift to be able to visit my daughter Jodie and grandson Tristan up in Seattle last week. Both Carol and I felt very blessed to be able to see and to hold our grandson and help our daughter out a little as she adjusts to this newborn in her life. Carol was able to be with them longer than I was but she should be back with us by Sunday.

Study the Bible Daily
Recently our daily Bible reading has been from the Psalms. We are amazed at the number of times that it is stated the blessings of a good man whose... “delight is in the law of the Lord; and in His law doth he meditate day and night (Psa. 1:2). Or in Psa. 119:97, “O, how I love thy law! It is my meditation all the day.”

OUTREACH MINISTRY: Thirteen were at the building Monday night to go out and follow-up on the children who attended VBS. Several good contacts were made. It resulted in possibly having more children ride our buses on Sunday and Wednesday. Also, contacts were made with parents and/or guardians which are very promising for future visits and possibilities of reaching out to those families. Thank you for your cooperation.
